French 11-Impressionist art critique

FR11 LG 9 - l'impressionisme - le comparatif et le superlatif
When preparing for your comparatif and superlatif writing in the test centre keep these things in mind! Using these structures and vocabulary will help to elevate your writings:

Verbes: être, peindre, créer, faire, utiliser

Expressions utiles: A mon avis,  Selon moi,  Il a l'air + masculine singular adjective (The "il" can refer to "Le tableau") Elle a l'air + masculine singular adjective (The "elle" can refer to "la peinture") The adjective must still be masculine singular because "l'air" is masculine

Adjectifs: beau/bel bon --- changes to meilleur in comparatif --- changes to either le meilleur or la meilleure in superlatif bien (adverb and is NOT used after être) --- changes to mieux in comparatif and ---- le mieux in superlatif NEVER 'LA'
-original, détaillé, vif, voyant, sourd, coloré, triste, passionnant, dramatique, sombre, intéressant, magnifique
- Vary your sentence structures and patterns! They should not all start with "Le tableau" or "Je" for example. Short sentences and long sentences should be included. Join short sentences with "et", "mais", "cependant". Start sentences with "Alors", "Ensuite", "Donc".
